The following notice describes what Ivy Global School is, what its programs are, and what families should understand before enrolling.

1. About Ivy Global School

Ivy Global School ("IGS", "the School") is a private school operated by Ivy Global LLC, registered in the State of Florida, United States (Registration #M2000002253), and listed in the Florida Department of Education private-school directory under School Code 7199.

The School operates in two modes: (a) on-campus instruction at its campus at 26945 Bella Vista Drive, Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida 34737, and (b) online instruction delivered to students in the United States and internationally. Both modes deliver a U.S. K–12 program of study.

2. Academic Standards & Accreditation

The School's curriculum is aligned with the Florida B.E.S.T. Standards, and diplomas issued by the School are recognized by the State of Florida.

Ivy Global School is accredited by Cognia, a nonprofit accreditation organization (parent of NCA CASI, NWAC, and SACS CASI) serving institutions in more than 80 countries. Accreditation status may be verified through the Cognia public registry. Accreditation reflects a review against Cognia's Standards of Quality; it is not an endorsement, license, or guarantee of any particular educational outcome.

3. Recognition by Receiving Institutions

The acceptance of any credit, transcript, or diploma issued by Ivy Global School is always at the sole discretion of the receiving school, college, university, employer, or authority. While IGS credits and diplomas are widely accepted by accredited institutions, IGS does not and cannot guarantee that any particular institution will accept them, and families should confirm recognition requirements directly with the receiving institution before enrolling.

4. Program Scope & Academic Pathway

Ivy Global School provides a U.S. K–12 program of study leading to a U.S. high-school diploma. The IGS program is a United States educational program and its diploma is a U.S. credential; it is not a diploma or certificate of the Vietnamese national education system, and IGS does not represent otherwise.

For students residing in Vietnam: enrollment in IGS is enrollment in a U.S. school. Use of IGS credits, transcripts, or the IGS diploma within Vietnam — including for transfer into Vietnamese schools or admission to Vietnamese universities — is subject to the policies of each receiving institution and to applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations. Families are responsible for verifying, with the receiving institution or the competent Vietnamese authority, how an IGS credential will be treated in their specific situation.

The IGS program does not replace, and is not a substitute for, any curriculum or credential required by Vietnamese law unless and to the extent the relevant Vietnamese institution or authority recognizes it. Students who wish to maintain a Vietnamese academic pathway alongside IGS should plan their combined program of study accordingly.

5. F-1 Visas & U.S. Legal Requirements

Ivy Global School is certified by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) and is authorized to issue Form I-20 for F-1 student visas across its grade levels. Certification may be verified through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

F-1 student status carries strict requirements under U.S. law, including enrollment and physical attendance requirements administered through SEVIS. Fully online study cannot be used to obtain or maintain F-1 status except as expressly permitted by U.S. regulations. Admission to IGS and issuance of a Form I-20 do not guarantee that a visa will be issued; visa decisions are made solely by U.S. consular officers and immigration authorities.

Students and their parents or guardians are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of the student's visa status and all applicable U.S. immigration requirements throughout enrollment. IGS provides guidance in good faith but does not provide immigration legal advice.
